Terms of Sale for Physical Products

Returns & refunds:  I've been doing this mail-order stuff for twenty years, and in that time I've taken unused items back from customers and given them a credit or refund maybe three times.  I don't really consider all sales final, but please don't order something just to look at it and then ask to send it back.  You'll pay return shipping on anything you want to send back, and it has to be in completely un-used condition.  

Shipping times:  I'm not Amazon.com, so please don't expect me to ship your order the same day I receive it (although that occasionally happens).  Pretty much everything is made-to-order, so there will be a lead time.  That's also why nothing is ever out of stock.  I don't ship every day, so a typical small order usually ships within a week of payment.  Larger orders can, and normally will, take longer.  By placing your order, you acknowledge and understand that there will be a lead time before your order is shipped.  You are always welcome to contact me either through this website or by email to fireballmodelworks@gmail.com and ask about your order's status.  As my customers say, my quality is worth the wait. 

Terms of Sale for Digital Products

Each digital product I sell includes a detailed End-User License Agreement.  It's also available to review here at this link.

The short version of that document is simply this:

• These files are for personal use only.
• Do not sell or share these files.
• Do not modify or alter these files to sell or share.
• Do not sell or include physical prints of these files in commercial sets.

You have the freedom to do whatever you want with these files short of selling them or sharing them with anyone else. 

For obvious reasons, there are no refunds on digital products.  All sales of digital products are final.

Mail or Email Order

I still accept orders via email and regular mail the same way I've always done it.  Please send an email to fireballmodelworks@gmail.com and tell me what items you'd like to order.  You can even fill your shopping cart on the site and simply take a screenshot of the checkout page or save a copy of the checkout page as a file and email it to me.  Or print it out and mail it to me.  I can't sell you the digital files by mail order, but I can sell any of the physical products by mail order.
